Punjabteched Result : In 1992, Punjab government founded Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training. It is also known as PSBTE&IT. Punjabteched acts as an advisory body for all the technical institutes of Punjab and Chandigarh. It maintains the level of their education. The team of Board of Management regulates it.

Sh. Sewa Singh Sekhwan is the current Chairman of the Board. And, Sh. Tarsem Lal Mittal is the Vice Chairman of Board. But, its daily activities are controls by CEO of it. CEO is the secretary of it. Puneet Goyal is the CEO of it. He is a PCS officer.
It offers admissions in 33 diploma courses in 165 institutions of Punjab. It offers diploma in part time courses, after tenth with experience and matric. Every year, it admits around 65000 students in engineering diploma courses. Also, it gives admission in diploma in pharmacy. Every year, it gives 25000 diploma and 30000 ITI certificates to students.
Punjabteched
The aim of the board is to enhance the technical education in Punjab. It regularly maintains its syllabus to meet the need of the industry. Punjabteched tries to bring in practical components in the syllabus. It has its main office in Chandigarh.
Punjab Technical Education Board offers admission in the month of July. It conducts online counseling for admissions in diploma courses. It intake students on the basis of the marks gained in twelfth exams. Students need to register online to appear in counseling. It also gives admission directly in some diploma courses. Punjabteched Date Sheet | Punjabteched Exam Time Table
It has the dual odd and even semester exam system for some courses. It conducts even semester exams in the month of May or in the month of June. And, it performs odd semester exams in the month of November or December. It carries out COE exams in the month of January. But, it has annual exam system for some courses like pharmacy and mech. stream. Date sheet for all courses is on the web portal http://punjabteched.net.
It has supplementary exams system for students who fail in exams. A student who fails to meet 75% attendance is not allowed to give the exam. Punjab Diploma Tech Education conducts re-exams in the month of May or in the month of June. It also performs special exams, if needed. It has laid some rules for continuing in other semesters. Students can download their admit card from the web portal http://punjabteched.com/. But, they need to select their course.
Last year, even semester exam began in the month of May. Supplementary exams began with the even semester. Odd semester exam began in the month of December.
Punjabteched Results Declaration
It declares the results after two months of exam. It declares the odd semester results in the month of February or in the month of March. And, it declares even semester results in the month of August. It declares supplementary exam results in the month of august. Punjabteched Results for all the courses are available at the same time.
Students can check the results on the website http://results.pbteched.net/index.html. They need to choose their course and enter their registration number to view results. They can download the result from the website.
Last year, the board declared even semester results on 19 August 2016. And, it declared odd semester results on 18 March 2016. It declared supplementary exam results on 19 August 2016.
