PTU or Punjab Technical University is very considerate towards its students when it comes to examination. They want to make sure that all of its students get fair time to prepare themselves for the forthcoming examinations. For this purpose, not only do they upload PTU date sheet well in advance, but also give the students a chance to report any clash of examinations.

PTU uploads the date sheet for its semester exams on its official website. At first, they upload a ‘Proposed’ date sheet. Herein, they also write a discrepancy where the students can report to the concerned authorities if there is any unfair time gaping in between examinations, or if there is some kind of overlapping.

PTU conducts examinations for its semesters twice a year. The odd semester examinations are held in the month of November. The even semester examinations are held in the month of May and June of every year.

How to download PTU Date Sheet?

To know your PTU date sheet, go to the official website of PTU. There, under announcements, you will find the updated date sheet. Click on the link and a new page will open. On this web page, you can find the name of your course, the subjects you have in the corresponding semester, and of course the date of examination.

Along with the date of examination, you will also find the time of examination. Your time of examination may vary between morning and evening. For instance, you may have one exam in the morning time between 9.30am to 12.30pm. On other day, your exam may commence from 1.30pm and go on till 4.30pm.

The entire date sheet will be available in PDF format. You can easily download the PDF and save it to your system, or even take a print out of it. One thing to keep in mind is that there may be changes in the date sheet for some reason. Make sure you keep a check on the website for the same.
